Your numpy is messed up, reinstall it using the same python as you use for demo.py. To do that, try "conda activate vin" in the conda console.

It also looks like you are using your base conda python exe! That is the issue. To find out the "vin" python exe path, type "conda activate vin", then "python", you'll see Python start up with the triple arrow thingy. Then run "import sys" and "print(sys.executable)" right after that. Copy the output to your settings. The other errors seem like a snowball from the first one.
